I started working out today for the first time in over a year. Hello ab muscles, I forgot YOU were there! This is going to be one tough ride, but I'm determined to make exercising a daily thing again. I love "Tae Bo" and "The Firm" DVD's because they are actually hard, you can SEE the muscle you gain, and they are not sissy workouts.
I hurt, but man, it feels good.

I saw a Tae Bo kick thingie- you know like you would find in a kick-boxing gym- at the WV DI on Saturday. It was fun watching every one who walked back in that section walk over and give it a good kick!
