Still awake
Well, I'm still awake. It's after one in the morning, and I can't fall asleep. Assuming everyone who reads this already knows the facts about me, I won't give a life history. I play the viola, I sing, I cook, I sit, and breathe.
Nowadays all of my friends have ditched me and gone off to college. Poor ol' me is stuck in magna, looking for a job, trying to get some decent dates, and save money for school and car. Where have all the good guys gone? Or were their really any that ever existed on this earth? Today we had the home teachers over. What an experience. I truly believe my family is cursed with the most dull home teachers in existence. They come, they sit, no speaking for 10 minutes, read the lesson, and sit some more. Can you say waste of time! I can't even hear the lesson, let alone understand what this thing sitting in my living room is saying to us. It seems pointless to me seeing how I read the ensign on my own before they come.
Today my dad gave me a book about how to find a spouse. I don't think he was hinting one bit. He probably thought I was in the mood to read something, and that was the closest book around. Geeez! I'm only 18 years old! well, I'll be 19 in April, but still. He didn't get married until he was 21. It's not like I can go outside and yell, "Okay future husband, I'm ready!" and the man of my dreams will magically appear. These things take time.
Well, goodnight to the world, and no dreaams. I hate dreams, so I won't curse any onto you by saying sweet dreams. I just seem to sleep better when I have no dreams. anyway, Goodnight, sleeptight.
