Jury Duty? Crap.

Last week I recieved a summons for jury duty. How convenient. The hilarious thing is that my brother is on call for the next four months for federeal jury duty and my dad just had jury duty two months ago. I swear the government is out to get the Hodgson clan.
I always thought it would be cool to be on the jury of a murderer or something cool like that. But mine is probably for some moron who has a bunch of DUI's. This sucks. I have to wait another week until I can attempt to get a job. Who would hire me if they knew I would be gone the first week and they would have to pay me for it? Nadda.

Yesterday Randy was going to take a bunch of clothes to the D.I. for Charity(his GF), and we decided to have some fun with the clothes and torture our dogs at the same time.

I love my dogg I have to say, they look smashing in their new outfits.Toby is very photogenic
I asked him where ace was right before I took this picture. He answered by turning his head in thought.

Ah, I'm starting another weekly feature in addition to the flashback weekend.
"Rebecca's Recipes" I will post the recipe andpictures of outcome, plus a taste test scale from 1-10. Then you can all try my favorite treats.

Today I decided to make a casserole for dinner as they are quick to make and usually fill you up. This one is Seafood casserole, one of my mom's classic recipes.

3 Cups Cooked Macaroni (or any pasta you want, really)

1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup

1/3 Cup Milk

1/4 cup Miracle Whip

1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard (may substitute 1 Tbsp of regular mustard)

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Can Tuna drained

1/4 Cup Sliced green olives (only if you like them. some people detest olives)

Topping: 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs -or- Crushed potatoe chips(these taste better)

1 Tbsp. Melted Margerine/Butter

Paprika

Mix all ingredients except topping. Spread in medium sized casserole dish. Sprinkle Bread crumbs over top, drizzle margerine over breadcrumbs. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake uncovered 350 degrees 50 minutes. Serves 4-5.

*I doubled this recipe and it fed 6 hungry people with 2 servings left over. Great for freezing.*

My whole family loves this dish. I give it 9/10. Very cheesy, filling and fast to make. Enjoy!
